The instructor is supposed to inform the guy that he's going to pull the emergency chute instead of freak him out. Usually the instructor used to say GET READY FOR ANOTHER RIDE

Who packed that main?

Say the instructor has medical emergency and passes out, do they use parachutes which automatically open, when reaching a certain altitude? I have read that these types of equipment are available. Safe skydiving.

Emergency 🤪🤣 Reserve sounds better.

Issue doesn't seem too big, would be hard to navigate parachute as handles were stuck. Imagine releasing main and then reserve parachute not opening.

2 hands on the handles for cutaway and reserve please....grad both risers and turn them to untwist the lines...if possible of course

I know nothing about parachuting but... why isn't it possible to pull a steering line to cause the parachute to turn and unwind the twists?

I've done 1 tandem so I am no professional here lol. Him not knowing what was going on is probably a good thing. Had I known my instructor (whatever you call the pro) would have to cut away I would've been screaming like a little girl.
